THE APEX KARTING CHAMPIONSHIPS WERE FOUNDED IN AN EFFORT TO BRING HIGH LEVEL KARTING EVENTS TO VARIOUS REGIONS AROUND THE US.
THE PROGRAM WILL OFFICIALLY LAUNCH IN 2026, WITH A SOUTHEAST REGION AND A MIDWEST REGION EACH HOSTING 3 EVENTS WHERE RACERS WILL EARN THE OPPORTUNITY TO COMPETE AT A CENTRALIZED INVITATIONAL TO CROWN THE FIRST EVER APEX KARTING CHAMPIONS.
The vintage karting Association (VKA) is a structured organization based on the articles of incorporation and concepts for general club operation. Every effort has been made to enable the functional club leadership and the ideals of the membership.
The Vintage Karting Association (VKA) is established for the support of Vintage Go Karts originally manufactured from karting’s 1956 inception to those karts that are at least 30 years old. The VKA provides members a forum for communications, event support, technical expertise, equipment sources, shop resources, karts & parts classifieds, information exchange, fellowship, and camaraderie. VKA is not a sanctioning organization, rather the VKA establishes Guidelines for all vintage karter and event promoters in an effort to create consistency at events across the country.
ProCup Karting and Endurance Karting were founded in 2001 in separate states, but both shared the vision of fun karting for all levels of drivers without the extreme costs and exhausting work associated with participating in motorsports. Gone are the weeks of preparation and trailer hauling only to have your race end before the checkered flag dropped. In 2013, ProCup and Endurance Karting combined to provide the ultimate experience in Arrive and Drive Kart Racing.

Showdown Racing has put on what became the Largest 4-Cycle only event west of the Mississippi since 2013. Showdown’s unique Race format has brought 4-Cycle racers together from most of the western North America. We are honored to be invited to present this unique event to the eastern side of the continent at the North Florida Kart Club track.
The unique format consist of Qualifying and 6 heats over 2 days of racing. Each heat is longer than the pervious and each heat is worth more points than the previous. The winner of each class is the driver that accumulates the most points over the 6 heats.

The North Florida Kart Club (NFKC) is an outdoor go-kart racing club. The club does not rent, sell, or maintain go-karts. The 103rd Street Sports Complex is a City of Jacksonville park and allows citizens to drive their own go-karts from sunrise to sunset, 7 days a week, unless the track is reserved for other race events. By City ordinance, the facility is for go-karts ONLY, and cars are not allowed on the track.
Jeremy Yost is the current Vice President of The North Florida Kart Club (NFKC). The NFKC does not rent, sell, or maintain go-karts. We are a kart racing club. The 103rd Street Sports Complex is a City of Jacksonville park that allows citizens to drive their own go-karts during times when the track is not scheduled by anyone else. By City ordinance, the facility is for go-karts ONLY.
